just a dragonfly
caught in the

hotel corridor ,
flight a flyiiiing
down the straight

below against the
lights like candies
to the ceiling

He makes a
good sound on
the window

& net curtains
down by the
ice machine

Trapped he is
by being here not
spread but stayed

I try to catch
him( his big eyes
whim at me)

but so delicate
to seize on the
wrist Blue green

swiped – the
prisoner
does his time

overnight Awaken
at the window,
looking out.
